Hey kids, Receive my full congratulations of love and pride, by the effort to finalize this school year. I know that it has been hard, but as the Holy Bible says in Proverbs 2:10 “For wisdom will enter your heart and knowledge will fill you with joy." Upon finalizing the school year, we are all happy and grateful with God for the opportunity that He gives us of learning a little more each day.
1) You might ask yourself: How can I serve God? Beloved kids, the simplest form to serve the Lord, is by worshipping him, to bless His Name and to love Him with all our hearts. It all depends in what you give him, he asks for your heart.
2) This might be a question you have during school: Mathematics and the history for me are so boring! How does that help me in my Christian life? Furthermore, it helps you to be a good follower of Jesus, and a very special kid. You’ll need those subjects, to prepare you very well to be an excellent professional. As for a Christian, we need to know the Holy Bible. Try to see mathematics as a thinking and strategy game!
3) Summer is cool, but what things should I do? Summer is a beautiful season that God has provided, to take sun, fulfilling our body with Vitamin D, we must take a lot of water for hydration, and it also allows our skin be put well pretty. Therefore, sweating during this season is great for you! In agreement with your parents, plan visits to the parks, to a museum, to the pool etc. At home learn to do fruit gelatin, some simple dishes, quick snacks, or ice cream. Modifying your room around, maybe with new paint and modern updates will help you feel good about yourself as well. Do not you forget that books are your friends! Do not neglect them! I believe that the good friends should not be forgotten. Read any book according to your level and interest, as well as some that you saw in your school that pleases you. The Library is an ideal place to be entertained reading.
So, during the summer keep a journal of all the things you did, and let me know how it went!
With Love,
Sis. Marlene Duarte
